If there is wine in your order, the wine is sold in Illinois and title passes to the buyer in Illinois. We make no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of Illinois or into any country outside of the United States. We may not be able to have wine shipped to certain states or countries. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

Wine may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.

Some states do not allow consumers to purchase alcohol from outside of their state. Weinmeister Wines markets only in those states that allow consumers to purchase wine for their own personal use.

Warning: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, coolers, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk and, during pregnancy, can cause birth defects.

Distinct Wine - Embassy LTD - Retailer charges a fee of $15.00 for the first item of each order plus $1.75 for each additional item to be delivered. "Undelivered" orders still require this fee even if they are canceled at a later date. If these orders require delivery again, additional delivery charges will be applied to the same credit card as the initial order. Expedited delivery requires an additional charge but the same rules apply. The buyer is responsible for all delivery charges on any package returned† undelivered for any reason.

Currently, we are shipping wines only within the State of Illinois . We are doing this due to the Intra State shipping laws on wine which are currently very limiting and carry the possibility of large fines and license revocation. We urge you to contact your State Representatives and urge them to review their outdated laws regarding alcohol shipments.
